The Braille System, a popular reading system for the blind was invented by LOUISE BRAILLE. It is usually written with embossed paper and it has been designed in other different forms asides from its original slate and stylus form like the refreshable braille displays, braille writer, and braille note-taker and braille embosser.

Gunpowder mixing and storing was invented by Dr. James Gale as a unique way of storing and mixing gun powder for warfare. Although he proposed the invention to countries, it was not adopted in the long run and this did not stop him and his invention from being recognized as it was inspiring that a blind person could come up with such an invention!

The cruise control, a common automotive feature in modern vehicles used to maintain an average speed automatically in order to make driving a safer experience, more convenient and save fuel was invented by RALPH TEETOR as a solution to irregular speeds. His Lawyer annoyed him each time he slowed down and sped up as he talked which led to the invention of the cruise control.

“The Marvelous Seeing Machine” was created by SAM GENENSKY. It is a device that magnifies and projects texts on video screens. It is used majorly by nearly-blind individuals to see texts and figures much better.

A submarine that can go 5,625 meters below sea level was invented by MOHANNAD JIBREEL ABUDAYYAH. This was one of his greatest inventions amongst so his so many other twenty-two (22) inventions to-date.

The Moon System is a unique reading system for the blind based on Roman capitals. Just as the Braille System, the Moon system was named after the inventor WILLIAM MOON.
